Pick of the Week: "Louis Theroux" -- BBC2, Sun @9pm

Here it is; my picks of the best, new TV the UK has to offer this week:

MONDAY 3rd
The Gadget Show (Five, 8pm) New series of the consumer technology show presented by Jason Bradbury, Suzi Perry, Jon Bentley and Ortis Deley.
The Trouble With Girls (ITV1, 9pm) Two-part series about young women with chaotic lives. Film-maker Jo Hughes spends six months following Shona, 20, from Doncaster and Abbie, 17, from York, who have each been arrested dozens of times.

TUESDAY 4th
Cowards (BBC4, 9.30pm) Sketch show from Tim Key, Stefan Golaszewski, Lloyd Woolf and Tom Basden.

WEDNESDAY 5th
Economy Gastronomy (BBC2, 8pm) Chefs Allegra McEvedy and Paul Merrett talk us through ways to save money on weekly shopping budgets while making sure we still eat like kings.
Spanish Flu: The Forgotten Fallen (BBC4, 9pm) The true story of Dr James Niven, who tried to save Manchester from Spanish Flu in 1918, where 228,000 people in the UK and millions worldwide, lost their lives.
Happy Birthday OU: 40 Years Of The Open University (BBC4, 10.30pm) Lenny Henry tells the story of this great British institution, which has taught more than two million people, including him.

THURSDAY 6th
The Funny Side Of TV Talent (BBC2, 9.30pm) Clive Anderson guides us through the history of television's talent shows in this six-part special.

FRIDAY 7th
The Russians Are Coming (Channel 4, 7.30pm) Documentary about Dina Karpova, a woman who helps Russian billionaires get their children into English public schools.

SATURDAY 8th
Nothing.

SUNDAY 9th
Jam & Jerusalem (BBC2, 8pm) Rural comedy set in the small town of Clatterford in Devon.
Louis Theroux: The City Addicted To Crystal Meth (BBC2, 9pm) Louis Theroux visits Fresno in California's Central Valley to take a look at how crystal meth addiction is affecting the local community.
