I would include 24 on a list of my favourite television shows of the past decade, despite some rocky seasons in later life, so perhaps it's time to start getting excited for the show's "limited series" revival this summer?
Well, certainly now the sexiest woman on the box has taken a role. That's right, DMD favourite Yvonne Strahovski (Chuck, Dexter) has been cast as CIA agent Kate Morgan, a "brilliant but impulsive" woman stationed in London. She joins the already announced cast of 24 alums Kiefer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Kim Raver, and William Devane. They will be joined by franchise newcomers Judy Davis (Barton Fink), Michael Wincott (The Crow) and Gbenga Akkinagbe.
24: Live Another Day will premiere 5 May, telling a twelve-part story set in London and Europe, four years after the show's final season.
