MONDAY 13th
Go Hard, Or Go Home (Channel 5, 8pm) New series where members of the public are challenged to undertake a variety of extreme endurance races. Presented by Hannah White. (1/4)
PICK OF THE DAY The Great Sport Relief Bake Off (BBC2, 8.30pm) A second celebrity special of the baking competition, with Johnny Vaughan, Samantha Bond, Bonnie Wright & Michael Vaughan. Continues weekdays until Friday. (1/4)
Dogs: Their Secret Lives (Channel 4, 8pm) Documentary looking at the lives of dogs when their owner's backs are turned.
I Want My Baby Back (BBC1, 9pm) Investigation into the world of family courts.
Sun, Sex & Suspicious Parents (BBC3, 9pm) Series 4 of the show where youngsters go on holiday, unaware their antics are being covertly documented for their parents. (1/6)
Dave: Loan Ranger (Channel 4, 10pm) Follow-up to Bank of Dave, where entrepreneur Dave Fishwick tries to help poor people.
Baby Face Brides (Channel 5, 10pm) Documentary following three couples where the bride is a teenager.
Uncle (BBC3, 10pm) New comedy about an out-of-work musician who forms an alliance with his 12-year-old nephew. Starring Nick Helm, Elliot Speller-Gillott, Daisy Haggard, Con O'Neill & Esther Smith. (1/6)

TUESDAY 14th
Death in Paradise (BBC1, 9pm) Series 3 of the Caribbean detective drama, with Kris Marshall replacing Ben Miller in the lead. (1/8)
Wild Brazil (BBC2, 9pm) New series about capuchin monkeys. (1/3)
Paul O'Grady's Animal Orphans (ITV, 9pm) New series where the comedian and presented travels to Africa to help hand-rear orphaned animals. (1/3)
Underage and Over the Limit (BBC3, 9pm) Documentary following youth worker Phil Tye as he attempts to tackle underage drinking.
PICK OF THE DAY House of Fools (BBC2, 10pm) New sitcom about a man whose life is constantly being interrupted by his outlandish friends and neighbours. Starring Bob Mortimer, Vic Reeves, Matt Berry, Morgana Robinson, Daniel Simonsen & Dan Skinner. (1/6)
