Eric Bana (Hulk) has been cast as Star Trek XI's main villain Nero, in J.J Abrams' film relaunch, due out Christmas 2008.
Actor Chris Pine is still hotly-tipped to play Captain James T. Kirk, but may have to choose between franchise committment with Trek or starring in a George Clooney movie called White Jazz.
