  • Big Chef Takes On Little Chef (Channel 4, 9pm) Heston Blumenthal tries to revive flagging restaurant chain Little Chef.
TUESDAY 20th
  • BRITs 2009: The Launch Party (ITV2, 8pm) Fearn Cotton provides an appetiser for the music awards show.
  • Battlestar Galactica (Sky1, 9pm) Last half of the sci-fi series' final season.
  • Cowards (BBC4, 10pm) Sketch show about human frailties, starring Lloyd Woolf, Tom Basden, Tim Kelly & Stefan Golaszewski.
WEDNESDAY 21st
  • Gossip Girl (ITV2, 9pm) Season 2 of the US teen drama.
  • 9021: That Was Then, This Is Now (E4, 9pm) Preview of the TV remake of Beverly Hills 90210.
THURSDAY 22nd
  • Skins (E4, 10pm) Season 3 of the teen drama, with a new cast. Stars Kaya Scodelario, Lisa Backwell & Jack O'Connell.
  • Grey's Anatomy (LivingTV, 10pm) Season 5 of the US medical drama.
FRIDAY 23rd
  • Celebrity Big Brother: Live Final (Channel 4, 8.30pm/10pm) The celebrity special draws to a close.
  • Friday Night With Jonathan Ross (BBC1, 10.35pm) Return of the chat show, following Jonathan Ross much-publicized suspension from the BBC. Guests are Stephen Fry, Lee Evans & Franz Ferdinand.
SATURDAY 24th
  • Quite strangely, nothing new worth watching.
SUNDAY 25th
  • Smallville (Channel 4, 2.05pm) Season 7 of the superhero drama.
  • Being Human (BBC3, 9pm) Comedy-drama about a ghost, a werewolf and a vampire living together in Bristol. A six-part series taken from this successful pilot. Stars Russell Tovey, Lenora Crichlow & Aidan Turner.
  • Supernatural (ITV2, 9pm) Season 5 of the US fantasy horror.
  • Lost (Sky1, 9pm) Season 5 of the mystery drama.
  • Generation Kill (FX, 10pm) US mini-series from the creators of The Wire, about an embedded reporter with the US marines in Iraq, circa 2003.
  • Lost: Season 5 Revealed (Sky1, 10pm) Iain Lee interviews the cast/crew of Lost.
  • Live From The Red Carpet: The 2009 Screen Actors Guild Awards (E!, 11pm)
