  • The Shield (FiveUS, 10pm) Season 7 of the US cop drama starring Michael Chiklis.

  • Mistresses (BBC1, 9pm) Series 2 of the drama about a gang of thirtysomething female friends, starring Sarah Parish, Sharon Small, Orla Brady & Shelley Conn.
WEDNESDAY 18th
  • The Brits Red Carpet (ITV2, 7pm) Sara Cox, Rufus Hound, Nicole Appleton & Melanie Blatt present.
  • The Brit Awards 2009 (ITV1, 8pm) Kylie Minogue, James Corden & Matthew Horden present the annual music awards show.
