  • Compulsion (ITV1, 9pm) Thriller about a sexual relationship between a Cambridge graduate and her chauffeur. Stars Parminder Nagra & Ray Winstone.
  • Endgame (Channel 4, 9pm) Thriller concerning the end of apartheid in South Africa. Stars William Hurt, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Jonny Lee Miller, Clarke Peters, Derek Jacobi, Timothy West & Mark Strong.
  • Beyond A Joke (ITV3, 9pm) A look at British comedy of the 20th century.
TUESDAY 5th
  • Nothing.
WEDNESDAY 6th
  • ReGenesis (FX, 9pm) Season 3 of the Canadian drama about a team that investigate scientific problems.
THURSDAY 7th
  • Californication (Fiver, 10pm) Season 2 of the sex drama starring David Duchovny.
FRIDAY 8th
  • Britain's Best Drives (BBC4, 10pm) Richard Wilson drives around some of the UK's most picturesque roads and lanes.
SATURDAY 9th
  • Billy Bailey's Remarkable Guide To The Orchestra (BBC2, 9.40pm) The comedian explains how an orchestra works with the help of Anne Dudley and the BBC Concert Orchestra.
SUNDAY 10th
  • Incredible Human Journey (BBC2, 9.30pm) Dr Alice Roberts on how humans colonized the planet.
