Torchwood: do we have a date yet?

Dare I suggest we know when Torchwood: Children Of Earth is going to air in the UK... again? Every date given so far has been based on a misunderstanding, or stems from a rumour. But, the BBC Press Release seems to confirm that the five-part special will air during the week of 4-10 July (so, I'm guessing the weekdays of 6-10 July.) Currently, Torchwood is "unplaced" in the schedule, but I'd be surprised if it didn't air at 9pm. 8pm feels too early and BBC1 have the news at 10pm.
