Pick of the Week: "Chuck" -- Virgin1, Tue @9pm

As usual, below are my daily picks of the week's best television premiering on UK screens:

MONDAY 8th
Fifth Gear (Five, 8pm) Motoring magazine series presented by Tim Shaw, Tiff Needel, Tom Ford & Jason Plato.
The World's Greatest Musical Prodigies (Channel 4, 9pm) A 16-year-old composer finds four other musical prodigies from around the world.
Ross Kemp: In Search Of Pirates (Sky1, 9pm) The actor-turned-presenter turns his attention to modern-day piracy. Part 1 of 3.
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! USA (ITV2, 9pm) US version of the popular British reality show, co-presented by our very own Myleene Klass. Celebs include Heidi Montag, Lou Diamond Phillips, Stephen Baldwin & Janice Dickinson (who has an unfair advantage, having already starred in the British version!)

TUESDAY 9th
Chuck (Virgin1, 9pm) Season 2 of the US spy-comedy. Stars Zachary Levi, Yvonne Strahovski, Adam Baldwin & Sarah Lancaster.
Living With Monkeys: Tales From The Treetops (BBC1, 9pm) Dr Julie Anderson visits Gabon's rainforest and the red-capped mangabey monkey. Concludes tomorrow @9pm.
Don't Call Me Stupid (ITV1, 10.35pm) Celebrity quiz hosted by Alexander Armstrong where celebs are tested on each other's passions. This episode features Michael Howard and Wayne Sleep.

WEDNESDAY 10th
Celebrity Masterchef (BBC1, 8pm) Cooking contest hosted by John Torode and Gregg Wallace, with celebs Rosie Boycott, Jan Leeming, Jayne Middlemiss, Joel Ross, Joe Swift, Shobna Gulati, Dennis Taylor, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Sian Lloyd, Saira Khan & Brian Moore.

THURSDAY 11th
Krod Mandoon & The Flaming Sword Of Fire (BBC2, 9pm) Spoof of medieval fantasy shows, starring Sean Maguire as hero Krod Mandoon and Matt Lucas as the evil Chancellor Dongalor.
May Contain Nuts (ITV1, 9pm) Comedy-drama about competing mothers trying to get their kids into the best south-London school. Stars Shirley Henderson, Sophie Thompson, Darren Boyd, Elizabeth Berrington & Tony Gardner. Part 1 of 2.
That Mitchell & Webb Look (BBC2, 10pm) Series 3 of the award-winning sketch show from Peep Show stars David Mitchell & Robert Webb.

FRIDAY 12th
The Isle Of Wight Festival 2009 (ITV2, 7pm/10pm) Fearne Cotton & Rufus Hound host TV coverage of the music festival featuring performances from the Ting Tings, Basement Jaxx & The Prodigy.

SATURDAY 13th
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? (ITV1, 7.30pm) Return of the popular, award-winning quiz hosted by Chris Tarrant.

SUNDAY 14th
Casualty 1909 (BBC1, 9pm) Medical drama set inside an early-20th century hospital, with cases based on genuine historical records.
Alan Carr: Chatty Man (Channel 4, 10pm) Chatshow hosted by the comedian, featuring guests Bruce Forsythe, Heather Graham, Ross Kemp and the Pet Shop Boys.
