CATFIGHT: Dichen Lachman vs. Eliza Dushku

Saturday, 4 July 2009

Last week, the Catfight was won by Amy Adams (59%) to Emily Blunt (41%), which was something of a surprise to me, but Blunt did put up a good fight. This week, it's a Dollhouse scrap between Eliza Dushku and Dichen Lachman. Read ahead for bio's and your chance to vote for your favourite:

Eliza Patricia Dushku

A child star from the age of 10, most notably appearing in True Lies as the daughter of Arnold Schwazenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis, Eliza Dushku has gone on to have a fairly prolific career in TV shows and movies aimed at teenagers. Her biggest success was playing the character Faith in Buffy The Vampire Slayer and its spin-off Angel, striking up a friendship with series creator Joss Whedon. She then starred in multiple movies like Bring It On, The New Guy, Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back and Wrong Turn, before returning to television for Tru Calling (playing a character that could reanimate the dead.) After the cancellation of that series in '05, Eliza went on to appear in other stage and screen productions, but recently returned to television to headline Joss Whedon's new series Dollhouse, playing the lead character Echo. She was recently voted to #6 in Maxim magazine's Hot 100 of 2009.
