Courtney Cox's new series Cougar Town has been picked up by Living for UK broadcast. The show recently premiered in the US on ABC to the tune of 11.4 million viewers.

Amy Barham, Head of Acquisitions at Virgin Media Television:

"Cougar Town was a stand-out show for us at this year's LA Screenings. Hugely entertaining, Cox is on top comedic form with a fantastic supporting cast. We think the show sits perfectly on Living and will really resonate with our audience."
Elsewhere, ITV have unsurprisingly greenlit a second run of popular physical gameshow The Cube, to air next year. The new series fronted by Phillip Schofield, where contestants undertake seemingly simple challenges for cash prizes inside a giant plastic box, quickly found an audience amidst good reviews and strong word-of-mouth when it debuted back in August.
