FlashForward's run cut short, loses timeslot

Thursday, 10 December 2009
We already know that ABC's FlashForward has gone on mid-season hiatus until 4 March 2010, but now it's lost one episode from its scheduled 22-episode run and is being moved from its Thursday 8pm timeslot. New law drama The Deep End (starring Billy Zane and True Blood's Mehcad Brooks) will be replacing it, so FlashForward is likely to be bumped to 9pm. Considering the fact The Deep End is only six episodes long, I guess it's possible this move is only temporary and FlashForward will be back at 8pm by 15 April, but nothing's been officially announced. Update: ABC have now decided to premiere The Deep End on 21 January, so it will no longer clash with FlashForward.
