24's Day 8 gets its UK premiere this Sunday 24 January @9pm on Sky1 with a double-episode from 9pm. To publicize its simulcast on Sky1 HD, two cool trails are currently airing on TV. The first (above) focuses on Jack Bauer, while the second (below) focuses on Renee Walker. They both lose impact shrunk down to 480x295 size, in standard-definition, but I'm sure you get the point. Incidentally, I'd happily watch a Renee Walker spin-off series, should Jack Bauer ever die. And, in my imagination, Renee Walker's the sister of CIA agent Sarah Walker from Chuck, so some kind of Annie Wersching/Yvonne Strahovski teamup would be the icing on the cake. Come on, Fox and NBC, you can work something out.
