I Believe In Ghosts: Joe Swash (BBC3, 9pm) Actor Joe Swash tries to ascertain whether or not ghosts exist, with the help of psychics and by visiting a haunted house.

WEDNESDAY 20th
The National Television Awards 2010 (ITV1, 7.30pm) 15th anniversary of the television awards show, this year hosted by Dermot O'Leary.
Relocation, Relocation (Channel 4, 8pm) Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help people change their accommodation in today's recession-hit property market.
Shooting The War (BBC4, 9pm) Three-part series looking at how WW2 was documented by German and British home moviemakers.

THURSDAY 21st
Relic: Guardians Of The Museum (BBC1, 4.35pm) Three children from Newcastle travel to the British Museum and have one night to uncover the secrets of a relic held inside.
