Tower Block Of Commons (Channel 4, 9pm) Four-part documentary where MPs spend eight days living in tower blocks across various council estates.

TUESDAY 2nd
Caprica (Sky1/Sky1 HD, 8pm) Sci-fi prequel to Battlestar Galactica, charting the rise of the robot Cylons. Stars Eric Stoltz, Esai Morales, Paula Malcolmson, Polly Walker, Alessandra Torresani & Magda Apanowicz.
I Believe In Miracles: Jodie Kidd (BBC3, 9pm) The actress/model investigates the existence of miracles by visiting Nepal.
Haiti's Killer Quake: How It Happened (Channel 4, 9pm) Documentary on the recent earthquake disaster, using computer graphics to explain the natural disaster.
The Vampire Diaries (ITV2, 9pm) New US supernatural drama series.

Simon King's Shetland Diaries (BBC2, 8pm) Series looking at the changing seasons of the remote Shetland islands.
Snog, Marry, Avoid (BBC3, 8pm) Return of the makeover show.
Hotter Than My Daughter (BBC3, 8.30pm) Series looking at mother-daughter relationships. Presented by Liz McClarnon.
Cutting Edge: 8 Boys And Wanting A Girl (Channel 4, 9pm) Documentary about women who suffer from "Gender Disappointment".
Alan Carr: Chatty Man (Channel 4, 10pm) Series 3 of the comedian's chatshow. Featuring Ricky Gervais, Katie Price & Corriane Bailey Rae.

FRIDAY 5th
Lost: The Final Chapter (Sky1, 8pm) Documentary catch-up for the popular sci-fi series, about to start its sixth and final season.

Gordon Ramsay's Cook-Along USA (Channel 4, 9pm) US version of the culinary show where Gordon Ramsay guides people through cooking a three-course meal, live on TV.
