Misfits Christmas Special

Following the teen superhero drama's surprising win at the BAFTA Television awards, picking up "Best Drama", E4 have commissioned an hour-long special of Misfits for Christmas. The second series is expected to air in early-2011, so this Christmas episode will assumedly pickup from the series 1 finale, or else find a creative way to tell a standalone story.

"We're delighted that as well as a second series, we'll have this special standalone commission as a treat for fans during what will be E4's biggest Christmas schedule so far".
