MONDAY 19th
Don't Stop Believing (Fiver, 7.30pm) Talent contest to find a singing and dancing grouo. Presented by Emma Bunton, judged by Anastacia, Tamzin Outhwaite, Duncan James and Charles "Chucky" Klapow.
On Hannibal's Trail (BBC4, 8.30pm) Series in which three Australian brothers set out cycling on the trail of Hannibal, the warrior who marched from Spain to Rome at the head of an invading army accompanied by elephants.
The Great British Outdoors (BBC4, 9pm) Tribute to British outdoor pursuits.
My Child's Big Fat Birthday Party (BBC1, 10.35pm) Documentary following parents who believe their child's birthday party is the most important day of the year.

TUESDAY 20th
Underage & Pregnant (BBC3, 8.30pm) Series following underage mothers through their pregnancies.
Britain By Bike (BBC4, 8.30pm) Clare Balding covers Britain on her bicycle, starting in Devon.
Danielle Lineker: My New Step Family (BBC3, 9pm) Series looking at model Danielle Lineker, who took on a new family when she married boyfriend and football legend Gary Lineker.
True Stories: The Cove (More4, 10pm) Series of documentaries, starting with the award-winning The Cove, about the slaughter and mistreatment of dolphins in Japan.
Ladette To Lady (ITV1, 10.35pm) Six-part reality series where working class girls are trained to be upperclass socialites.

WEDNESDAY 21st
Celebrity Masterchef (BBC1, 8pm) New series of the culinary challenge.
Emergency Bikers (Five, 8pm) Documentary about the work of emergency bike crews.
My Weird & Wonderful Family (Channel 4, 9pm) Documentary about gay British millionaires, who hit the headlines 10 years ago when their two children were born to a surrogate mother in the US.
The Blind Me (BBC3, 9pm) Documentary about four young blind teenagers growing up.

THURSDAY 22nd
BBC Proms 2010 (BBC4, 7.30pm) The BBC National Orchestra of Wales, under their principal conductor Thierry Fischer, perform Prokofiev's audacious First Piano Concerto with soloist Alexander Toradze and Shostakovich's monumental Seventh Symphony, composed in 1941 while Leningrad lay under German siege.
The Hotel Inspector (Five, 9pm) Reality series about a hotel inspector who investigates various hotels and B&B's across the UK.

FRIDAY 23rd
Monsoon Railway (BBC2, 9pm) Two-part series of films by director Gerry Troyna, painting an affectionate portrait of the Indian railway culture.
Would I Lie To You? (BBC1, 10.35pm) Return of the comedy panel show about bluffing and lies. Hosted by Rob Brydon, joined by team captains David Mitchell & Lee Mack. Guests are Fern Britton, Richard E. Grant, Sanjeev Baskar & Martin Clunes.

SATURDAY 24th
John Bishop's Britain (BBC1, 9.50pm) Comedian John Bishop presents viewers with a mix of stand-up, sketches and real-life stories from members of the Great British public. Features James Corden discussing the topic of love and marriage.

SUNDAY 25th
The Amish: World's Squarest Teenagers (Channel 4, 8pm) Series following a group of five Amish teenagers who leave their closed communities in the US to participate in a cultural exchange in Britain.
Coast (BBC2, 9pm) Return of the series that investigates the UK coastline.
Sherlock (BBC1, 9pm) Modern interpretation of famous detective Sherlock Holmes. Created by Mark Gatiss & Steven Moffat. Starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman & Una Stubbs.
