MONDAY 16th
The Michael Ball Show (ITV1, 3pm) Brand new weekdaily afternoon chat and entertainment series, hosted by the musical theatre star and Radio 2 presenter.
The One Show (BBC1, 7pm) Revamp of the weekdaily magazine series. Hosted by Jason Manford and Alex Jones, with Chris Evans covering Fridays.
Real Crime: PC Sharon Beschenivsky – Death On Duty (ITV1, 9pm) Documentary about the 2005 shooting of PC Sharon Beschenivsky on her daughter's fourth birthday. Presented by Mark Austin.
In Their Own Words: British Novelists (BBC4, 9pm) Three-part series telling the story of British novels in the 20th century. Beginning with 1919-1939.
The Klang Show (BBC3, 9.30pm) New comedy series starring the We Are Klang comedy trio.

TUESDAY 17th
The Great British Bake Off (BBC2, 8pm) Six-part culinary challenge show.
Don't Tell The Bride (BBC3, 9pm) New series of the show where grooms are given money to spend on an elaborate, secret wedding.
The Making Of King Arthur (BBC4, 9pm) Investigation looking at the Arthurian legend. Presented by poet Simon Armitage.
True Stories: Big River Man (More4, 10pm) Documentary about Martin Strel, a Slovenian who swum the Danube, Mississippi and the Yangtze, who now faces his biggest challenge – the Amazon.
Ideal (BBC3, 10.30pm) Series 6 of the sitcom about a slobbish drug dealer. Stars Johnny Vegas.

WEDNESDAY 18th
Faith Schools Menace? (More4, 9pm) Documentary about the perceived dangers of religious schools. Presented by Richard Dawkins.

THURSDAY 19th
Digging For Britain (BBC2, 9pm) Six-part series about what lies beneath the ground.
Southland (More4, 10pm) Season 2 of the US cop drama.

FRIDAY 20th
Dexter (FX, 10pm) Season 4 of the US drama about a Miami forensic analyst who moonlights as a serial killer.

SATURDAY 21st
The X Factor (ITV1, 7.30pm) Series 7 of the singing contest. Hosted by Dermot O'Leary, with judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Cheryl Cole and guest judge Geri Halliwell.
The Xtra Factor (ITV2, 9pm) Behind-the-scenes of The X Factor. Presented by Konnie Huq.
Ghosthunting with Katie, Alex & Friends (ITV2, 10pm) Paranormal investigation with Yvette Fielding leading Katie Price, husband Alex Reid, brother Danny Reid and friends Gary Cockerill and Phil Turner into a haunted Oxfordshire country mansion.

SUNDAY 22nd
Mountain Gorilla (BBC2, 8pm) Three-part series about the mountain gorillas of Rwanda. Narrated by Patrick Stewart.
Martin Clunes – Horsepower (ITV1, 9pm) Two-part series where Martin Clunes investigates the role horses have played in mankind's history.
