MONDAY 7th
999: What's Your Emergency? (Channel 4, 9pm) Series 2 of the documentary show focusing on ambulance staff across the UK. (1/6)
PICK OF THE DAY Sex Box (Channel 4, 10pm) The Real Sex season begins with a show where three couples have sex in a soundproof booth and talk about the experience with Marielle Frostrup, the audience, and a panel of experts.

TUESDAY 8th
The Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards (ITV, 8pm) Annual awards ceremony honouring some of the UK's bravest people. Hosted by Carol Vorderman. Guests include Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger, Usain Bolt, David Walliams, Andy Murray, Prince William & Prince Charles.
PICK OF THE DAY Masters of Sex (Channel 4, 9pm) Season 1 of the US drama about two sex researchers working in the 1950s. Starring Michael Sheen, Lizzy Caplan & Beau Bridges. (1/12)
The Art of Australia (BBC4, 9pm) Documentary series on the history of art in the adopted homeland of scholar Edmund Capon. (1/3)
The Day I Got My Sight Back (BBC1, 10.35pm) Documentary about a forklift driver who gradually lost his sight from 2002 and is now undergoing a cutting-edge procedure to restore his vision.


WEDNESDAY 9th
This World: Dan Snow's History of Congo (BBC2, 9pm) Documentary on the central African country, which is one of the poorest in the world.
Fat for Cash (Channel 5, 9pm) Documentary about three fat women who make money by arousing women who fantasise about overweight girls.
PICK OF THE DAY Sleepy Hollow (Universal Channel, 9pm) Season 1 of the US supernatural drama, retelling the Headless Horseman story in the modern times. Starring Tom Mison, Nicole Beharie, Orlando Bloom, Katia Winter, Clancy Brown & John Cho. (1/13)
Devious Maids (TLC, 9pm) Season 1 of the US comedy-drama about a group of Latina servants working for Beverly Hill's rich and famous. Starring Anna Ortiz, Dania Ramirez, Roselyn Sánchez, Judy Reyes, Edy Ganem & Susan Lucci. (1/13)


THURSDAY 10th
Trust Me, I'm A Doctor (BBC2, 8pm) New medical documentary series where doctors offer advice on health. Presented by Michael Mosley, Gabriel Weston, Saleyha Ahsan & Chris van Tulleken. (1/3)
Breathless (ITV, 9pm) Drama set in a London hospital during the 1960s. Starring Jack Davenport, Zoe Boyle, Oliver Chris, Shaun Dingwall, Natasha Little & Joanna Page.
PICK OF THE DAY The Last Witch (Sky Living, 9pm) Fourth pilot in the Drama Matters seasons, focusing on a woman cursed by her sister 500 years ago. Starring Katherine Kelly, Anne Reid & Gregg Chillin. (4/6)
