1. The show is intended to last 5 seasons.
2. Each season will pick up years later: season 1 (1960), season 2 (1962), etc.
3. Weiner wants to end the show in 1969 or 1970.
Mad Men's second season begins in the US on 27 July. In the UK, BBC Four are expected to show season 2 early next year.
