BBC America have revealed their latest acquisitions from the UK: Survivors (the post-apocalyptic remake of Terry Nation's '70s drama), Being Human (the comedy-horror about a housesharing vampire, werewolf and ghost; currently airing on BBC3 in the UK), and Primeval's ten-part third series (which has yet to air in the UK, but is imminent.)In related news, a trailer for Torchwood's five-part third series ("Children Of Earth") is scheduled to air simultaneously in the UK and US. The minute-long tease will be made available on Torchwood's website at 9pm (GMT) tomorrow (5 Feb), and will be shown at New York's Comic Con at the exact same time -- where star Eve Myles and director Euros Lyn are appearing. Confusingly, Comic Con doesn't actually open until 6 February, so maybe the trailer will play to an empty room?
