Stuart: The Day My Life Changed (BBC3, 8pm) Documentary about a man who was paralysed in a rugby accident.

FRIDAY 11th
Mister Eleven (ITV1, 9pm) Two-part romantic comedy-drama about a teacher who believes she's destined to marry her eleventh sexual partner, but then realizes her fiance is her miscalculated tenth lover. Stars Michelle Ryan & Sean Maguire.

SATURDAY 12th

SUNDAY 13th
Sports Personality Of The Year 2009 (BBC1, 7pm) Sporting awards ceremony.
I Dreamed A Dream: The Susan Boyle Story (ITV1, 9.30pm) Documentary about the Scottish spinster who became a global singing superstar thanks to her appearance on Britain's Got Talent.
