Todd & The Book Of Pure Evil (Syfy, 10pm) Canadian horror-comedy set in a high school where a malicious book resides. Starring Alex House. (1 & 2/13)
Racing With The Hamiltons: Nic In The Driving Seat (BBC1, 10.35pm) Documentary about F1 driver Lewis Hamilton's 19-year-old brother Nic, who's disabled and only stopped using a wheelchair when he was 16.

David Walliams' Big Swim: A Sport Relief Special (BBC1, 9pm) Documentary coverage of comedian David Walliams swim up the River Thames, through seven counties, to London.
White Heat (BBC2, 9pm) Drama about a group of students remembering their lives growing up together in 1965. Starring Claire Foy, Lee Ingleby & Juliet Stevenson.
PICK OF THE DAY The Sarah Millican Television Programme (BBC2, 10pm) Brand new comedy chat show. Guests are Chris Packham & Tracey Cox. (1/6)

FRIDAY 9th
Revealed (Channel 5, 7pm) Historical drama-documentary series, beginning with the little-known story about a 1943 Nazi propaganda film that retold the Titanic story by painting the British as cowards and the German passengers as heroes.
Gardener's World (BBC2, 8.30pm) Return of the gardening series.
PICK OF THE DAY The Secret Policeman's Ball 2012 (Channel 4, 10pm) Annual comedy event raising money for Amnesty International. This year's show comes from New York for the very first time, with acts including Jimmy Carr, Russell Brand, Micky Flanagan, Coldplay, Kristen Wiig, SNL, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Sarah Silverman, Jack Whitehall, Noel Fielding, Reggie Watts, Jason Sudeikis, Peter Serafinowicz, & Seth Meyers.
